The gap between minimum wage and the subsistence level in Aruba has been receiving a lot of attention and will continue to get a lot of attention with the next government.
To assist with employer awareness, I will send occasional updates on the subsistence level reported by the Central Bureau of Statistics.
The most recent figures (below) were published by CBS in November 2024:
